Terms and Confidentiality

Purpose

Tignes Saison helps Seasonal Workers and Employers in Tignes manage Worker Profiles, Jobs, Applications, and CV Directory access. Use the service only for genuine seasonal hiring activity.

Seasonal Workers

Seasonal Workers are responsible for keeping Worker Profile and Application details accurate. CV upload and Profile Photo upload are optional.

Do not add unnecessary sensitive information to a Worker Profile, short introduction, or CV. If a CV includes sensitive information by choice, Employers must not use that information unless it is strictly necessary and lawful for the role.

Employers

Employers are responsible for accurate Jobs, lawful recruitment decisions, non-discriminatory handling of Applications, and verifying Work Authorisation Status before hiring where required.

Approved Employers may use Worker Profile, Application, contact, CV Directory, and CV data only for the hiring purpose for which access was given. They must not bulk export CV Directory data, resell or share it, contact Seasonal Workers for unrelated purposes, or keep local copies longer than necessary.

Confidentiality

Worker Profile, Application, contact, CV Directory, CV, and audit information is confidential. Access is personal to the approved account and must not be shared with unauthorised people.

Employers must delete local copies of CVs and contact details when recruitment no longer requires them. On Tignes Saison, live Worker data from an Application is available until exactly 2 years after the Application was created. Before expiry, only a successful explicit action marking the Application as contacted extends access to exactly 2 years after the database-recorded contact time. Passive views, other statuses, notifications, and Worker Profile, CV, or Job activity do not extend access, and an Employer cannot revive it after expiry. Only minimal non-personal Application history then remains visible to the Employer. Any longer legal-claims archive must be access-restricted and separated from active recruitment use.

Platform controls

Tignes Saison may restrict access, hide Jobs or Worker Profiles from protected surfaces, remove CV Directory visibility, and keep minimal audit records to operate the marketplace and handle privacy or compliance requests.
